Director Dealings and Issue of Equity

SCISYS PLC ("SCISYS"; AIM SSY), the supplier of bespoke software systems, IT-based solutions and support services to the Media & Broadcast, Space, Government, Defence and Commercial sectors, announces that Mike Love, Chairman of the Company and Steve Brignall, Technical Director of the Company, have each exercised 35,000 options over ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares” and the “Exercise”) which are being satisfied by the issue of new Ordinary Shares. Application has been made for the 70,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 3 October 2018 (“Admission”). 

Following the Exercise and Admission, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 29,559,991 (excluding the 17,167 Ordinary Shares held in treasury). This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
