One Communications Ltd., September 2018 Share Repurchase
Hamilton, Bermuda – 4 October 2018 — In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the “BSX”), One Communications Ltd., (the "Company"; Ticker: ONE.BH), advised that pursuant to its share repurchase programme, during the month of September the company repurchased 22,288 of its common shares at an average price of $2.95 for immediate cancellation.
In addition pursuant to BSX Regulation Section IIA 6.14 (2)(i) the company also repurchased 154,107 of its common shares at an average price of $2.95 for immediate cancellation.
