BSX Announces New Listing Sponsor – Alexander Securities Limited
Hamilton, Bermuda – 24 October 2018 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) is pleased to announce Alexander Securities Limited (“ASL”) has joined the BSX as a Listing Sponsor, effective 15 October 2018.
In making the announcement, Greg Wojciechowski, BSX President & CEO stated, “ASL joins a growing list of companies that have identified a commercial opportunity to provide their client base with an exciting listing venue alternative, through the BSX. The BSX’s commercially sensible support of listed issuers underpinned by a fully electronic trading and settlement technology platform coupled with numerous international recognitions has been the driver of the increase in the listing on the BSX of a variety of products including international Insurance Linked Securities (ILS) and debt issues”.
