NORMANDY LIMITED ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Hamilton, Bermuda 29 October 2018 - In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Normandy Limited ("Normandy", the "Company”; Ticker: NORL.BH), announces changes to the Board.The full filing stated:

Normandy Limited (Bermuda  – NORL.BH) (the “Company”) announces that Mr. Peter Gaze has been appointed as an additional director of the Company with effect from October 26, 2018. 

Mr. Peter Gaze is a non-executive director of Caribbean Investment Holdings Limited, Waterloo Investment Holdings Limited, Hawley Group Limited, all of which are listed on the Bermuda Stock Exchange, and Marlowe Plc.

Mr. Gaze was previously Chief Financial Officer of Caribbean Investment Holdings Limited from 1997 to 2015 and of Waterloo Investment Holdings Limited from 2011 to 2015.

During its expansion in the UK and US in the period leading up to its acquisition by Tyco International in 1997, Mr. Gaze was a senior financial executive at ADT Group Limited.

Mr. Gaze trained with the international accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers in London and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

The Company also announces the retirement of Lord Michael Ashcroft KCMG as a director of the Company.
