This release provides an update to all noteholders of the Helix Securitisation Fund, Compartment “Privilege Wealth” (“Issuer”) in respect of the Tranche A, B and C of the Helix Privilege Wealth EMTN Issuance Program (“Notes”) due 30 June 2020 (“Maturity”),
Further to the Issuer's recent circulars to noteholders, the Issuer has resolved to apply for the voluntarily de-listing of the Notes from official list of the Bermuda Stock Exchange and has made application to the BSX accordingly. The Issuer has been notified that the application has been accepted and the de-listing of the Notes is effective this day 2 November 2018.
