PCF Bank Limited Notes - Release of charges and other security
Hamilton, Bermuda – 29 November 2018 – Further to agreements dated 6 May 2016, between PCF Bank Limited (formerly known as PCF Group Holdings Limited) (the Company), PCF Credit Limited, (collectively, the Charging Companies) and Bermuda Commercial Bank Limited (BCB), by which the Charging Companies charged, inter alia, all their rights in certain accounts to BCB for the payment and discharge of monies, obligations and liabilities, BCB in its capacity as Noteholder and Security Trustee and the Charging Companies have agreed to release the Company from all charges and other security provided by the Company to BCB pursuant to the agreements as they relate to Note Issue #003 due 7 July 2021. The charges and other security provided by PCF Credit Limited remain in force as they relate to Note Issue #003 due 7 July 2021.
