HAMILTON, Bermuda 13 December 2018 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, SONS Investments Ltd.(the “Company”; Ticker: SONS.BH), announced that, the Administrator of the Fund has changed from Osiris Corporate Solutions (Mauritius) Ltd to GMG Fund Administrators Ltd (which has since changed its name to GB Fund Services Ltd), although this did not result in any change of beneficial ownership or management of the Administrator.
