Hamilton, Bermuda – 14 December 2018 – 2018 – Centaur Group Finance Ltd. in respect of "Centaur Natural Resources Bond" Segregated Account #1 (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption in full on 13 December 2018 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed US$1,235,000.00-Series 7-12% Bonds due 13th December 2018 (the ”Notes”), in accordance with its terms, said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
