Hamilton, Bermuda – 10 January 2019 — In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the “BSX”), One Communications Ltd., (the "Company"; Ticker: ONE.BH), advised that pursuant to its share repurchase programme, during the month of December 2018 the company repurchased 3,999 of its common shares at an average price of $3.00 for immediate cancellation.
In addition, 451,805 of its common shares were repurchased pursuant to BSX Regulation 6.14(2)(i) at an average price of $3.00 for immediate cancellation
