Partial Redemption of Benson Securities Limited - Series 1 of 8.00% Loan Notes due 31 August, 2033
Hamilton, Bermuda – 14 March 2019 – Benson Securities Limited (the “Company”) advises of the partial redemption on 26th February 2019 of £600,000 Series 1 Notes of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed Series 1 of 8.00% Unsecured Redeemable Loan Notes due 31 August, 2033. These Notes form part of the Company’s £50,000,000 loan note programme. Following the pre-payment and partial redemption, a total of £9,775,000 of the Issue 1 Notes remains issued and outstanding.
