PCF Bank Limited filed the following release:
PCF Bank Limited (the “Company”) advises the voluntary pre-payment and redemption on 29th March 2019 of the remaining £10,000,000 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed Issue 3, 4.3% Note forming part of the Company’s £83,000,000 extendible loan note programme (the “Programme”).
The Company has no intention to issue any further loan notes under the Programme.
