BOTOPTIONS (UK) PLC – Agreement in principle has been reached with a leading Financial Institution in Singapore

Hamilton, Bermuda – 07 May 2019 –In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange BOT Options (UK) Plc, announced that an agreement in principle has been reached with a leading financial institution in Singapore. The full filing stated:

BotOptions (UK) PLC (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that agreement in principle has been reached with a  leading Financial Institution in Singapore to create a Structured Note Programme pursuant to which  the Company will seek to issue up to GBP 100 million of its  SeaWise Bonds (“Bonds”) in multiple closings. The Bonds will form part of the Company’s GBP 200 million Bond Programme (the “Programme”). The Programme was approved by the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) with approval in principle also having been granted by the BSX for the issuance and listing of up to GBP100 million of the Bonds.  This is intended to form part of the Company’s overall ship financing bond program.
