Redemption of Sunbird Business Services Ltd - Series B 3F Unsecured Convertible 14 % Notes Due 1 May 2019

Hamilton, Bermuda – 09 May 2019 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) announces the voluntary de-listing Sunbird Business Services Ltd - Series B 3F Unsecured Convertible 14 % Notes Due 1 May 2019.  Sunbird Business Services Ltd filed the following release:

Sunbird Business Services Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption in accordance with their terms as at 1st May 2019 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed, US$250,000- Series B 3F -14% Unsecured Notes due 1st May 2019 (the “Notes”), said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
