Sunbird Business Services Limited (the “Company”) advises that following the redemption on 1st May 2019 of the remaining of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed issues Series B 3F 14% Notes and Series A 3F 10% Notes, the Company has no intention to issue any further loan notes under its note programme (the “Programme”) and has therefore requested that the BSX cancel the Programme as soon as possible after 10th May 2019.
