Hamilton, Bermuda – June 20, 2019 – The Listing Committee of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) today announced the approval of the listing of additional Certificates pursuant to the CLSA Global Markets Pte. Ltd. - Asian Securities Programme (the “Programme”) under the BSX’s Restricted Marketing provisions for Qualified Investors.

Approval was granted for Certificates in respect of shares in the following:

· Golden Meditech Co. Ltd. Due June 20, 2024
