Centaur Group Finance Ltd. in respect of "Centaur Natural Resources Bond" Segregated Account #1 (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption in full on 15th June 2019 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed US$205,000.00-Series 12-12% Bonds due 15th June 2019 (the ”Notes”), in accordance with its terms, said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
