Centaur Group Finance Ltd. in respect of its Segregated Account #3 "Centaur Natural Resources Bond 3" (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption in full on 14 July 2019 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed USD$194,300 Series 10, Tranche 17, Bonds in accordance with its terms, said Bonds have been delisted from the BSX.
