DIVIDEND DECLARATION
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Company has declared a final dividend in respect of the Class A Preference Shares of ZAR14,512.51 per share, amounting to ZAR52,245,033. This dividend is in respect of the period from July 20, 2016 to December 31, 2017 and will be payable in full to all Class A preference shareholders of the Company registered at close of business on December 31, 2017.
The dividend will be paid on or about August 12, 2019.
