Butterfield Resumes Common Share Repurchase Program
Hamilton, Bermuda — 23 October 2019: In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited (“Butterfield”) ( BSX: NTB.BH | BSX: NYSE: NTB) today notified the BSX that it intends to resume common share repurchases under its existing share repurchase program effective 24 October 2019, subject to market conditions.
