Maturity Extension and Partial Redemption of Blue Halo Re Ltd - Series 2016-1 Class B Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Notes Due September 23, 2019
Hamilton, Bermuda – 09 December 2019 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (the “BSX”) announces a maturity extension of Blue Halo Re Ltd - Series 2016-1 Class B. The BSX confirms the retroactive maturity extension of the Notes from September 23, 2019 to June 22, 2022.
The BSX also announced the partial redemption of Blue Halo Re Ltd - Series 2016-1 Class B Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Notes. The remaining Notes are valued at $10,868,000.
