SCISYS PLC filed the following release:
SCISYS UK Holding Ltd, the computer software and services company, is pleased to report that on [18] November 2019 the Company redeemed in full the loan notes issued under the £5,000,000 million Secured Loan Note Programme (the “Notes”) and that accordingly the Notes have been delisted from the Bermuda Stock Exchange. The Company has no intention to issue any further Notes under the Programme and has therefore requested that the Bermuda Stock Exchange cancels the Programme as soon as possible after the Notes have been delisted.
