Orbis SICAV Japan Equity Fund (the “Fund”) – Investor Notice
HAMILTON, BERMUDA: 31 December 2019 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Orbis announced that with effect from 1 January 2020, Orbis Investment Management Limited will replace Orbis Investment Management (Guernsey) Limited as the investment manager of the Fund.
The Fund’s prospectus provides further details about Orbis Investment Management Limited, which has to date been appointed by Orbis Investment Management (Guernsey) Limited as its investment advisor for the Fund.
