INTERNALISATION OF INVESTMENT MANAGER
Shareholders are advised that, following a special resolution passed by the voting shareholders on 15 April 2020, in terms of Section 12 (1) of the BVI Business Companies Act, 2004 of British Virgin Islands,the Fund has internalised its investment manager, Conservative Yield Management Limited (“the Investment Manager”), by the acquisition of the shares in the Investment Manager from its shareholder, with effect from 29 February 2020.
The internalisation of the investment manager has a number of benefits to the Fund, including simplifying the management structure and decision-making processes and enhancing transparency and management accountability.
