Ancelltek Holdings Ltd. (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Colena Abbosh as secretary of the Company with effect from 27th March 2020 and as director of the Company with effect from 22nd April 2020 following the resignation of Gregg Fawcett as secretary and director of the Company on 27th March 2020.
Colena is the Co-founder & CTO of Better All Round Ltd, an innovative paper products company. The company was founded in 2012 with the launch of their flagship “Ora” household towel at Tesco. The company purchased Consuma Paper Products, a long standing tissue converter in the UK serving all the major retailers in 2018. The group now has a turnover in excess circa £30m. Prior to this, Colena was Co-Founder and Operations & Finance Director of Switch Sticks Ltd, an award winning multi-channel consumer goods business focused on the mobility market. Grew business over six years culminating with a trade sale to a US Corporation. Previously worked as Management Consultant for 14 years across Accenture, Oracle and PWC focusing on large scale, multi territory IT transformation programmes
