Further to the Company's announcement and shareholder circular (both issued on 15 April 2020), the Board today announces that the continuation of the Company's jurisdiction of incorporation from Belize to the British Virgin Islands is now effective and the Company's depositary interests ("DIs") are today re-admitted to trading on AIM.

The new ISIN for the DIs representing shares in the Company following the Continuation is VGG1991M1032 and the Company's new SEDOL is BLYGYPNO.
