Hamilton, Bermuda – 29 April 2020 – Rivers Leasing plc has advised the Exchange that the maturity dates of the below listed Notes issued pursuant to the Rivers Leasing PLC - Note Programme have been extended to the dates shown below. Rivers Leasing plc filed the following release:
Rivers Leasing plc (the “Company”) advises that, following the passing of a noteholder resolution, all Notes have been extended to new maturity dates, the details of which are provided in the table below. This action was taken in response the Covid-19 outbreak. Said Notes have therefore been extended to the new maturity dates on the BSX.
