Due to the Novel Coronavirus and the Government guidelines and restrictions as a result thereof, the Board of Directors of Watlington Waterworks Limited (“WWL”) have made the decision to postpone the Annual General Meeting of WWL normally scheduled for early June each year. A notice of the Annual General Meeting will be issued when a date has been set.
The Board wishes to recognize the commitment and efforts of the staff of WWL during these unprecedented times and thank the management and staff for their commitment to maintain public water supply at the high level of quality service and reliability that Bermuda has come to expect from the Company.
