Hamilton, Bermuda 09 June 2020 - As a result of the Exchange receiving confirmation of the completion of the merger between Normandy Ltd with Caribbean International Holdings Ltd, with Caribbean International Holdings Ltd being the surviving entity, the Exchange has delisted the ordinary shares of Normandy Ltd (Ticker: NORL.BH) effective, Tuesday, 9 June, 2019.
