Hamilton, Bermuda – 21st June 2020 – Acamar Films Limited (the “Company”) advises that following the redemption -- in accordance with their terms -- of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GBP £365,000.00 - Series 10 – 8.50% Secured Loan Notes due 21st June 2020, said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
