Maturity Extension: All Notes under Rivers Leasing PLC - Note Programme
Hamilton, Bermuda – August 31, 2020 – Rivers Leasing plc has advised the Exchange that the maturity dates of the below listed Notes issued pursuant to the Rivers Leasing PLC - Note Programme have been extended to the dates shown below. Rivers Leasing plc filed the following release:
Extension of Rivers Leasing plc Notes
Rivers Leasing plc (the “Company”) agreed a three month note extension in April with noteholders via a resolution. As part of the noteholder resolution in April it was agreed that LGB, as Security Trustee to the MTN Programme, shall have the discretion to approve an extension to the forbearance period for a further three months. This further three-month extension has been approved. All Notes detailed in the table below have been extended to the new maturity dates indicated below. Said Notes have therefore been extended to the new maturity on the BSX.
