HAMILTON, Bermuda – 10 September 2020 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Watlington Waterworks Ltd. (the “Company”; Ticker: WWW.BH) announced directorate changes. The full filing stated:
Watlington Waterworks Limited announces that Mr. Michael Darling, Director of the Company, has retired from the Board with effect from this date. Mr. Darling was appointed to the Board in May 1991. He was the second longest serving member of the current Board of Directors of the Company.
In accepting his resignation, the Company wishes to acknowledge and thank Mr. Darling for his valuable contributions over the years in the furtherance of the Company’s business.
The Company further announces that Mr. Patrick Dill has been appointed as Chairman and Dr. Nicholas Glynn has assumed the role of Deputy Chairman, both appointments effective from today’s date.
