Veritas Group Announces Resignation and Appointment of Directors and Officers
HAMILTON, Bermuda, 07 October, 2020 – Further to the announcement issued on 22 September 2020, Veritas Group Limited (“Veritas” or the “Company”)(BSX:VERI.BH) filed the following:
At a Board Meeting held on 21 September the following were resolved:
1. The resignations of Mudai Nakagawa as a Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and Shibu Abraham as a Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company were accepted effective from 19 September 2020.
2. The appointment of Sharl Peter van Rensburg and Henri Otto Hager were accepted as Directors with immediate effect i.e. 21 September 2020.
3. The Company Group Legal Advisor Sharl van Rensburg was appointed as acting Chief Executive Officer in the interim together with Henri Otto Hager.
Further Alexander Management was appointed Secretary.
