Pernix Ireland Pain DAC Cancellation of Listings
Hamilton, Bermuda – 30 April 2021 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (the Exchange) has today canceled the listing of the following securities of Pernix Ireland Pain DAC (the Issuer) pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations (the Regulations); specifically, per Regulation 2.24 (1). The Issuer having failed materially to comply with the Regulations by not meeting its on-going obligations to the Exchange.
