Hamilton, Bermuda: 18th, November 2021 –In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange BOTOptions (UK) Plc, announces the allotment of Preferred Class C shares. The full filing stated:

BotOptions (UK) PLC “BotOptions” announces the allotment of 78,000 Preferred Class C shares as of November 1st, 2021 (including bonus shares),b for cash with a nominal value of £1. The shares carry no voting rights and do not confer any rights of redemption. The shares have attached to them rights to a preferential dividend at an annual rate of 5.1% of the issue price per preference share. The shares have attached to them rights to capital distribution in the same proportion as if they were distributed by way of dividend.
Post the new allotment, the total number of shares of BotOptions is 221,000 out of which: 50,000 is classified as Ordinary Class A shares with full voting, dividend and capital (including winding up) rights. They do not confer any rights of redemption; 1,000 are classified as Ordinary Class B shares with no voting rights, each share entitled pari passu to dividend payment or any other distribution; and, 170,000 Preferred Class C shares.
