Maple Bidco Limited (the “Company”) Announces Sale to Oakley Capital Fund IV (“Oakley Fund IV”)

Hamilton, Bermuda:  1st, February 2022 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Maple Bidco Limited (the “Company”) announced the sale to Oakley Capital Fund IV (“Oakley Fund IV”).  The full filing stated:

Hamilton, Bermuda, January 30th, 2022

 

The Company advises that, following a period of negotiation, Oakley Capital Fund III has reached an agreement to sell the Company to Oakley Capital Fund IV alongside a minority investment from CVC Growth Partners II (the “Sale”). The Sale is expected to complete on 2 February 2022 (“Completion”). Arthur Mornington and Jonathan Clapham will resign as directors of the Company on Completion. Gavin Carter, David Wein and Henry Elkington will remain as directors of the Company following Completion.
