Delisting of The 600 Group plc - 8% Loan Notes - Tranche #1, #2, #3 Due 14th, August 2023 & the Loan Note Programme

Hamilton, Bermuda:  5th, May 2022 – The 600 Group Plc (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the Exchange) of the early redemption of the Company’s BSX listed 8% Loan Notes - Tranche #1, Tranche # 2, and Tranche #3 resp. Due 14th, August 2023 (the Notes) and the delisting of the Loan Note Programme (the Program).

Redemption of 600 Group plc 8% Loan Notes

 

The 600 Group plc (the “Company”) advises that, following the early redemption on 11 April 2022 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange(“BSX”)listed, Tranche 1, Tranche 2 and Tranche 3 respectively 8% Loan Notes, the Loan Notes and the Loan Note Programme have been delisted from the BSX.

The Exchange has therefore delisted the Notes and the Programme pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33.  The del-listing from the Exchange is effective today, Thursday 5th, May 2022.
