Orbis Japan Equity (US$) Fund Limited – change of investment manager

HAMILTON, BERMUDA: 3 January 2023 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Orbis announced that the Board of Directors of Orbis Japan Equity (US$) Fund Limited has approved that on and from 1 January 2023 (the “Effective Date”), Orbis Investment Management Limited (“Orbis Bermuda”) will assume the provision of investment management services to the Fund from Orbis Investment Management (Guernsey) Limited. Orbis Bermuda has, until now, acted as Investment Adviser in respect of the Fund; the company will cease to act as Investment Adviser from the Effective Date. The Fund’s prospectus, reissued on 1 January 2023, provides further details regarding Orbis Bermuda.
