Delisting of Limestone Re Ltd Segregated Account 2020-2 – Class A & B Participating Notes
Hamilton, Bermuda: 13 February 2023 - Following the Exchange being advised of their early redemption by the Issuer, the BSX announces the de-listing of the below listed Limestone Re Ltd 2020-2 Participating notes:
?Limestone Re Ltd- SAC-Series 2020-2 Class A Participating Notes Due 1 October 2024
?Limestone Re Ltd- SAC-Series 2020-2 Class B Participating Notes Due 1 October 2024
The Exchange has therefore de-listed the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33. The de-listing from the Exchange is effective today Monday 13 February 2022.
