Delisting of: IBIM Africa (IAH) Limited
Hamilton, Bermuda – 14 February 2023 –The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) announces the voluntary de-listing of IBIM Africa (IAH) Holdings.
The Exchange has therefore de-listed the Company pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33. The de-listing from the Exchange is effective today 14 February 2023.
