Delisting of Golden State Re II Ltd
Hamilton, Bermuda: 15 February 2023 - In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Golden State Re II Ltd has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the Exchange) of the maturity and redemption of the following:
· Golden State Re II Ltd Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Note Programme
· Golden State Re II Ltd Series 2018-1 Class A Principal-at-Risk Variable Rate Note due January 8,2023
The Exchange has therefore de-listed the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33. The de-listing from the Exchange is effective today Monday 15 February 2023.
