Veritas Group Ltd. Announces New Management Team
Hamilton, Bermuda: 17 February 2023 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange Veritas Group Limited (Ticker: VERI.BH) announces the appointment of a new management team.The full filing stated:
Veritas Group Limited (VERI.BH), a leading biomass energy provider and the holding company for the marketing of Mineral-Gro®’s Liquid TNT® patented organic nano-fertilizer, announced today the appointment of a new management team.
Stephen Smoot is Veritas Group’s new U.S. Chief Executive Officer, Albert Niekerk is Chief Executive Officer for South Africa, and Alfred Minors is Chief Financial Officer, based at the Bermuda headquarters together with new board member Michael Markham. Phillip H Neilson also joins the team as a U.S.-based board member and corporate attorney. Albert Niekerk is CEO and Chief Technology Officer. Johan Botha resigned as a Veritas director, effective December 16, 2022.
