Pursuant to the resolution by Moneda Chile Fund Limited (the "Company" or "Fund") to voluntarily wind the Company up, the Liquidator of the Company advises shareholders that the Company is declaring and paying a return of capital in the net amount of US$ 3.865.600.- (the "Return of Capital").
