(the “Company” or ”GVF”) announced that its 2023 Annual General Meeting will be held at 1st Floor, Point House, 6 Front Street, Hamilton HM 11, Bermuda on 23rd , March 2023 at 1:30 pm., or as soon as practicable thereafter for the following purposes:

1. Call the Meeting to order and Confirmation of Notice and Quorum.
2. Review and approve the 2020 and 2021 annual general meeting minutes.
3. Consider and if thought fit, receive and approve the Audited Financial Statements FYE 31 December 2021. Please click the link for the audited financial statements.
4. Consider and if thought fit, defer the approval of the Audited Financial Statements FYE 31 December 2022 for 90 days (or as soon as thereafter practicable).
5. Determine the number of Directors for the ensuing year and to elect Directors.
6. Consider the appointment of an Auditor for the forthcoming year.
7. To ratify and confirm the acts of the Directors and Officers of the Company.
