Extension of Maturity Date: - Kaith Re Ltd., SAC - Seaside Re 2022 Bonds

Hamilton, Bermuda: - 6 April 2023: - Kaith Re Ltd., SAC (the “Company”) acting on behalf Segregated Account Seaside Re (the “Issuer”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) of the extension of the maturity date of the Company’s BSX listed Seaside Re Bonds due 15April 2023. The below listed bonds have been extended to 15 July 2023.

 

·         Seaside Re 2022-11 Bond Due 15 July 2023

·         Seaside Re 2022-21 Bond Due 15 July 2023

·         Seaside Re 2022-23 Bond Due 15 July 2023

·         Seaside Re 2022-31 Bond Due 15 July 2023

·         Seaside Re 2022-41 Bond Due 15 July 2023

·         Seaside Re 2022-42 Bond Due 15 July 2023

 

The Exchange has therefore extended the maturity date of the Bonds pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33.  The extension on the Exchange is effective today Wednesday, 6 April 2023.
