Delisting Announcement – Kaith Re Ltd., SAC - Seaside Re 2022 Bonds
Hamilton, Bermuda: 17 April 2023 - Kaith Re Ltd., SAC (the “Company”) acting on behalf Segregated Account Seaside Re (the “Issuer”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) of the maturity and redemption of the Company’s below listed Bonds due 15 April 2023.
· Seaside Re 2022-1 Bond Due 15 April 2023
· Seaside Re 2022-12 Bond Due 15 April 2023
· Seaside Re 2022-22 Bond Due 15 April 2023
The Exchange has therefore de-listed the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33. The de-listing from the Exchange is effective today Monday, 17 April 2023.
