Delisting of Time Finance plc (formerly 1pm plc) Secured Loan Note Issue #14 7.00% Notes Due 17 February 2024
Hamilton, Bermuda: 20 February 2024 – Time Finance plc (formerly 1pm PLC) (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the Exchange) of the maturity and redemption of the Company’s BSX listed Secured Loan Note - GBP£2,010,000 – Issue 14, 7.00% Notes due 17 February 2024 (the “Notes”).
The Exchange has therefore de-listed the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33. The de-listing from the Exchange is effective today Tuesday, 20 February 2024.
