Delisting of White Rock Insurance (SAC) Ltd Randolph Re Series 2023-1 PAR VR Notes due 15 June 2024
Hamilton, Bermuda: 19 June 2024 – White Rock Insurance (SAC) Ltd (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the “Exchange”) of the maturity and redemption of the Company’s BSX listed Randolph Re Series 2023-1 PAR VR Notes due 15 June 2024 (the Notes).
The Exchange has therefore de-listed the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33. The de-listing from the Exchange is effective yesterday, Tuesday, 18 June 2024.
