Hamilton, Bermuda: 19 June 2024 – Everglades Re II Ltd., (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the Exchange) of the early redemption of the their Series 2022-1 Class A Principal-at-Risk Variable Rate Notes Due May 19, 2025 (the Notes)..
The Exchange has therefore de-listed the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33. The de-listing from the Exchange is effective today Wednesday, 19 June 2024.
