Acamar Films Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption -- in accordance with their terms -- on August 3rd, 2024 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GBP£750,000 - Series 32, 8.00% Secured Loan Notes, said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.

The Exchange has therefore de-listed the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33. The de-listing from the Exchange is effective today Monday, 5 August 2024
