Early Redemption of NCL Finance Ltd 6.125% Senior Notes Due 15 March 2028
Hamilton, Bermuda: August 19, 2024 – NCL Finance Ltd. (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the BSX) of the early redemption of their 6.125% Senior Notes Due 15 March 2028.
The de-listing of the securities from the BSX pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33 is effective today, August 19, 2024.
